Covid–19 – Waste and Recycling Service Disruption
Garden Waste Collections – Cancellations
Due to the current high number of Covid cases and the need for significant numbers of staff to self-isolate we are unable to provide all of our collection services.

All garden waste collections this week – week commencing Monday 19 July – have been cancelled.

Resources have been re-deployed to ensure that we can deliver the refuse and recyling services.

Regrettably, we do not have the resources to return to collect residents’ garden waste, so residents affected will need to present their bin for their next scheduled collection and we are unable to collect any additional garden waste.

If residents have garden waste they need to dispose of before their next collection they can book a slot at Bickenhill HWRC – where there are appointments available.
