Following public engagement with local residents and other key stakeholders over the Fillongley Road Bridge project, Solihull Council has spent recent months reviewing the scheme in light of the feedback received and available funds.
Working with our engineers and contractors, we are considering an alternative proposal and exploring other funding options. It is hoped that the works could be completed in a shorter period and at a lower overall cost.
