The Council gives notice that it intends to make the above Order under Sections 14 and
15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary
Restrictions) Act 1991), being satisfied that all pedestrian traffic should be restricted or
prohibited to ensure that the following works can be undertaken in safety:
Location: Fillongley Road, Meriden, CV7 7LX (the footpath from Fillongley Road to the
Highfields Entrance).
Date(s) when restriction will apply: From Monday 25th January 2021 at 08:00hrs until
Monday 22nd March 2021 at 16:00hrs.
Times when restriction will apply: 24hrs each day.
Reason for restriction: Construction works to property adjoining footpath.
Works on behalf of: John Green.
Diversion route: Signed via Highfield. Vice versa for the opposite direction.
Access will be maintained through the site for Police, Fire and Ambulance Services
responding to emergencies.
