Notice of Road Closures on A45 East Way
The new railway will pass under the A45 as it approaches the new interchange station. This requires significant work to the road and its adjoining slip roads known as ‘East Way’. Over the Christmas period and into next year we will have to close parts of the East Way in three phases.Phase one will require the loop section to be closed from Wednesday 7 December until Thursday 24 December between 9pm and 5am.Phase two will again close the loop section from Wednesday 4 January until Saturday 21 January between 9pm and 5am.Phase three will close the loop section and the East Way heading west towards the NEC and east leading to the slip road. The roads will be closed from Monday 23 January until Saturday 4 February between 9pm and 5am.Traffic will be diverted via Junction 6 of the M42.

Notice of lane closures on and around Northway Island (A452)
BBV will be undertaking ecological mitigation and vegetation clearance inside of the roundabout known as Northway Island adjacent to the entrance to Birmingham Business Park. To undertake this work safely we will need to close some lanes on the roundabout and on the approaches to the roundabout. This work will take place from Monday 12 December until Friday 16 December between 9:30 am and 3:30pm.
