Notice of lane closure on A45 Coventry Road

The new railway will pass under the A45 near Bickenhill recycling centre. In order to build the structures to support the road we have to first divert an existing waterpipe. To do this safely we will need to close one lane on the slip road adjacent to the Toby Carvery pub including the bus lane. The lanes will be closed each night from 9pm to 5am from Monday 7 November until the morning of Wednesday 14 December. Please note that access to the Toby Carvery pub will be maintained at all times.

Notice of temporary traffic lights on Diddington Lane

The new railway will cross over the River Blythe on a viaduct. In order to prepare the land for this new structure we will need to build a temporary haul road bridge across the river to reduce the amount of our traffic using local roads. To build this bridge we will need to bring in some materials via a controlled access on Diddington Lane. We propose to install temporary traffic lights from 10am until 3pm Monday to Saturday from 31 October until 23 December. The lights will be kept on green for the majority of the time and will only go to red to let the vehicles in and out.
