The Council gives notice under Sections 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984 (as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991), being
satisfied that all traffic should be restricted or prohibited to ensure that the following
works can be undertaken in safety:
Location: Leys Lane, Meriden, CV7 7LQ (outside Oak House).
Date(s) when restriction will apply: From Monday 26 April 2021 at 08:00hrs until
Wednesday 28 April at 17:00hrs.
Times when restriction will apply: 24 hours a day throughout the duration of this closure.
Reason for restriction: Installation of boundary box and meter.
Works on behalf of: Severn Trent.
Diversion route: Alternative routes for traffic will be signed via Main Road, Fillongley
Road and Leys Lane. Vice versa for the opposite direction.
Access will be maintained through the site for Police, Fire and Ambulance Services
responding to emergencies.
Pedestrian access to all properties within the restriction and access through the
restriction will be maintained along defined routes throughout the period of closure.
