Further to the hearing on Monday 21st December 2020, members of the Licensing Act Panel resolved to grant the above application, in the terms outlined in the minutes attached.
In accordance with Regulation 29 of the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005, any person aggrieved by the determination of the Licensing Authority may appeal to the Magistrates Court within 21 days of the notification of that determination.
