As per our note from two weeks ago, we can confirm that as we suggested, the noisy piling work will finish this week so residents will have a peaceful Christmas. One piling rig was leaving today and the other goes on Friday. They will not return after Christmas.
We have had to carry out further groundworks today and import stone to make up levels. This has been completed and we have checked the lorries leaving site to ensure that we leave no mud on the road.
This should hopefully be the last of the current groundworks completed. The site is closed from Friday evening until Tuesday 3rd of January.
The site has 24 hour security over Christmas to deter any unwanted visitors but if anyone has any concerns over the Christmas period the contact details we previously issued still stand.
